CHAPTER TWENTY-TWO

Iwoke up as the sun started to shine through the blinds. I was still in his arms, which surprised me because I usually sleep like a wild banshee, uncontrollably moving around all night. Whenever I fall asleep with anyone next to me, I end up rolling in the blanket or on top of them.

I didn’t want to move, but I had to pee so badly, and since peeing in the bed would be pretty embarrassing, I had to get up. I slipped out of his arms, but luckily he stayed asleep. He looked so peaceful. His hair was in his eyes. I regret saying I would cut it now because I think I kind of like it as is.

I went to the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror. I felt…new, almost like that had been my first time; I guess, in many ways, it was. A lot, if not all, of what went down last night was a new experience compared to what it was like being with Max. I looked at my breasts and stomach and saw some love bites where Link had sucked on my skin, and I couldn’t help but smile as I ran my fingers over them. It made me feel sexy and desired.

Link stirred a little when I got back into bed, moving his face to my neck as he started to kiss me. His hand traveled down my side to my ass as he nipped at my collarbone. He was trying to turn me on all over again. I moved so I could kiss his lips.

“I need to go inside. August and Liza will be up soon, and I should get in before they know I stayed out here.”

I whispered it, but I knew he heard me because he chuckled and grabbed my ass even harder with a low growl.

“Why? Is the perfect daughter scared of what they will say? We aren’t in high school, baby; we’re adults.” His smile told me he didn’t give two shits what they thought.

“If you must know, yes, I care a little.” We both laughed at my admission.

He pulled me on top of him, so I was straddling him.

“Well, don’t because you’re stuck here. We can skip our run and just fuck all day.” He gave me a hopeful look and pulled me in closer. “I really need to fuck you right now.” He put my hand on his morning wood.

I gripped his erection tightly and rubbed him over his clothes. He gave a quiet groan. I leaned down and started kissing his neck. “I don’t think that will work; we’re both expected to be at the shop before ten A.M. I will, however, help you out with this.”

His eyes rolled to the back of his head when my hands slipped into his boxers. “Fuck it! Tell him we’re both sick.”
